I feel a bit silly writing this as I never knew you personally but I literally owe everything to you Mr Burns. I’m a Nursery Manager now because you saw my potential and made my family feel that they could cope with my behaviour without having to turn to medication. I can only hope to be half the amazing role model to the children I teach. You made me see the impact of genuinely caring and valuing every member of the community.
